The FamLedger application, including source code, design, logo, and associated trademarks, are the exclusive property of FelasTech Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
FelasTech Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the calculations performed by the app (including, but not limited to, Net Worth, compound interest, DCA returns, or currency conversions). Market data is retrieved from third-party services "as is" for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading or professional investment advice. The user acknowledges that the use of the application and the data contained therein is at their own risk.
In no event shall FelasTech Studio be liable for any financial loss, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
FamLedger operates primarily offline. The security and backup of the entered data are the sole responsibility of the user. In case of device loss, app uninstallation, or forgotten access password, FelasTech Studio cannot recover the data as it has no access to the device's local database.
The app retrieves market quotes through third-party APIs. We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the provision of such market data.
Purchases for the PRO version are final and managed through the Google Play Store. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to Google according to their current policies.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
