The FamLedger application, including source code, design, logo, and associated trademarks, are the exclusive property of FelasTech Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
FelasTech Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the calculations performed by the app (including, but not limited to, Net Worth, compound interest, DCA returns, or currency conversions). Market data is retrieved from third-party services "as is" for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading or professional investment advice. The user acknowledges that the use of the application and the data contained therein is at their own risk.
Some features, such as Investments, are marked BETA and may be incomplete, change or be removed. Market data comes from free third-party sources that may be unofficial, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable.
In no event shall FelasTech Studio be liable for any financial loss, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
FamLedger operates primarily offline. The security and backup of the entered data are the sole responsibility of the user. In case of device loss, app uninstallation, or forgotten access password, FelasTech Studio cannot recover the data as it has no access to the device's local database.
The optional "Family" feature copies the data you choose to share to the other members' devices. You are responsible for the people you invite and the accounts you share. Data already shared stays on the other members' devices even if you stop sharing or leave the family. FelasTech Studio cannot recover or delete it.
The app retrieves market quotes and exchange rates through third-party APIs. We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the provision of such data.
Purchases for the PRO version are managed through the Google Play Store. Payments, refunds and the right of withdrawal are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's policies. Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored on your devices with "Restore purchases" in Settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the consumer laws of your country grant you.
